IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (April 10, 2020)
Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and Executive Orders N-25-20, N-29-40 and N-33-30 issued by the Governor of the State of California in response to COVID-19, in person public participation at Montecito Groundwater Basin GSA meetings is suspended. This suspension has been implemented to protect the health and well-being of District customers and employees and in effort to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Montecito Groundwater Basin GSA has established alternative methods of participation in Board and Committee meetings which permit members of the public to observe and address public meetings electronically and/or telephonically. An internet link, and telephone numbers, will be provided at the top of the agenda for each public meeting which will allow members of the public to observe and address that meeting.
In addition to the above referenced methods of participation, members of the public may also participate by submitting comments by email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to 5:00 p.m. on the calendar day prior to the public meeting. Comments should be addressed to the General Manager, Nick Turner. The comment will be placed into the record and distributed appropriately.
Standing Board Meeting Time:
Quarterly (January, April, July, October)
Second Tuesday of the month at 9:30am
All meetings are public and conducted in accordance with the Brown Act.
